Dana Leah Clements

Dana Leah Clements, age 39, of Vidalia passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah.

Dana was born April 16, 1981 in Waycross. She was preceded in death by her mother, Aldine Clements.

Survivors include her son, Bryce Clements of Vidalia; her father, Esten Clements of Vidalia; a sister, Allyson Cauley of Baxley; a twin brother, Dane Clements of Baxley; a sister-in-law, Carrie Passailaigue of Baxley; nephews, Carter Cauley, Alex Passailaigue, Jr., Andy Passailaigue, and Drew Clements; a niece, Kimber Clements; and a life partner, Freddie Stewart.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 am from the chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Williamson officiating.

Interment will follow in Appling Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Carter Cauley, Ed Hart, Daniel Carter, Jared Griffin,Melinda Branch and Chad Bullard.

Honorary pallbearers will be the nurses, doctors, and hospice staff of Memorial Hospital.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
