Gregory Kauger

Gregory Kauger, age 55, of Waycross passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross.

Mr. Kauger was born March 8, 1966 in Bacon County to Donnie Albert Kauger and the late Leasel Fortner Sellers. He was a former business owner and a district manager for Goodwill.

Survivors include his father, Donnie Kauger of Morrison, Colorado; sister, Leah Young of Waycross; brother, Darrel Kauger of Virginia; nephews, Shain Johnson, Austin Johnson, and Ian Young; niece, Grace Young; companion, Brock Bell of Waycross; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Wesley Chapel Church Cemetery in Bacon County.

Active pallbearers will be Shain Johnson, Austin Johnson, Martin Kauger, Timothy Kauger, Jamie Griffin, and David Young.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
