Laura Chantel (Roberson) Watts

Laura Chantel Roberson Watts, age 50, of Baxley died Monday, January 17, 2022 at Meadows Memorial Health in Vidalia.

Mrs. Watts was born November 12, 1971 in Jacksonville, Florida and was a member of Cedar Crossing Church of God.  She was a loving mother, wife & nana and was employed by H & R Block. Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Ann Watson Roberson. 

Survivors include her husband, Tommy Watts of Baxley; daughter, Laura DeAnn Watts of Baxley; son, Ryan Columbus (Brittany) Watts of Baxley; father, Lamar (Diane) Roberson of Baxley; sisters, Shelly (Andy) Wilson of Glennville, Amy (Jay) Beecher of Screven & Ericka Roberson of Florida; brothers, Kenneth Lamar (Beverly) Roberson of Valdosta & Michael (Chelsea) Roberson of Florida. Grandchildren, Kyndall Watts & River Watts and a host of nieces & nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Steven Toole officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Jason Beecher, Adam Pruitt, Michael Roberson, Taylor Wood, Blake Roberson, C.J Nail and Devon Bennett.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
