Leroy Keith Bowen

Leroy Keith Bowen, age 51, of Baxley died Monday, February 22, 2021 at his residence under the care of Spanish Oaks Hospice.

Mr. Bowen was born December 1, 1969 in Decatur and attended Harvest Chapel Church. He was employed by Local Union 709 and was preceded in death by his mother, Evone Carter Bowen.  

Survivors include his father, Truman Bowen of Baxley; sister & brother in law, Annette & Stevie Roberson of Baxley; niece, Chelsea (Brandon) Carter; nephew, Jordan Roberson of Baxley; great nephew, Baydon Carter of Baxley; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Harvest Chapel Church with Pastor Agnes Sellers and Bishop Randy Sellers officiating.

Interment will follow in Deen Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Jordan Roberson, Brandon Carter, Brad Carter, Eric Carter, Jason Carter and Lewis Hall.

Honorary pallbearers will be all friends and family in attendance.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
