Teresa Lynn (Carter) Williams

Teresa Lynn (Carter) Williams, age 64, of Baxley died Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Community Hospice in Vidalia.

Mrs. Williams was born February 8, 1957 in Appling County to the late Walter Carter and the late Luna Kimberly Carter.  She was a receptionist and was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Philip Williams, grandparents, Chester & Alyne Kimberly and Willis & Ethel Carter, and a niece, Cassi Carter.

Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law, Monica & Dustin Knisley of Lutz, FL; a grandson, Maverick Knisley of Lutz, FL; sister, Miriam Carter of Baxley; brothers & sister-in-law, Billy Carter & Tommy Carter both of Baxley, Ted Carter of Brandon, FL & Steve (Maricela) Carter of Baxley; aunts, Pat Heath & Vera Drury; niece, Jesika Munsford; nephew, William “Will” Carter; and numerous cousins also survive.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00 am at Red Oak Baptist Church with Rev. Russ Drury and Rev. Robbie Gill officiating.
